I know 3 blockbuster movies that strike the whole world and now their sequels are scheduled to be seen this May. These are Spiderman 3, Shrek 3 and Pirates of the Caribbean 3. These are all good movies. I have watched the 1st and 2nd parts of these 3 movies and I really like it. But, Pirates of the Caribbean 2 climb up to the top spot leaving behind the Shrek and Spiderman in the All Time Worldwide Box Office. However in the All Time Domestic Box Office, it was Shrek 2 who provides a great lead than the other 2 movies. But then, Spiderman 3 has a big advantage among these 3 upcoming movies. With Spiderman’s black suite, it seems venom will be seen on the movie and that’s what the people want.
I’m a Spiderman fan but for me, Johnny Depp and his acting bring Pirates of the Caribbean into success. He is really good in acting. With his own style, what a great actor he is! Pirates of the Caribbean will definitely become a strong competitor of Spiderman this May. The winner depends on how good the movie is. I don’t think Shrek 3 is a threat because Spiderman 3 and Pirates of the Caribbean is the most talk-about movies this year. But it’s not yet over until I see their title in the list of box office movies. Shrek 3 still has the chance to be on top of the other two. It’s not me who will judge but the people who will watch these movies.
How these movies will end up? Who will be the next blockbuster among these 3 movies? I’m so excited to know who will be on top. It will actually take a lot of months before knowing the result. One more thing to ask, do these movies have the capability of beating the number 1 movie of all time, the Titanic? It is the best movie based on the domestic and worldwide box office and this movie is so difficult to be overthrown from its position. Well for now, let’s just wait and enjoy the movie we want to watch.

There are two possible sensations after you see the movie:
a) If you go to the movie as a movie and comic book lover, you will enjoy it.
b) If you go to the movie as a Venom’s fan (even is possible that Venom’s fans are much more than Spidy ones), you will be severely disappointed. Why?
• Venom is just seen in the very last 30 minutes of the movie
• Raimi Venom is nothing compared with the look of the Venom in comics. One or two scenes worth it nothing else.
• Venom has a very unworthy ending.
We knew Sam Raimi didn’t want to include Venom in his very own movie, but his revenge against Avi Arad for the imposition, became the most important Spiderman’s foe into a second hand villain.
