A Place to Remember - Aits get together

Tiring but really enjoyable, this is the AITS get together this summer. I am really excited to visit the place. I had never been in Subic before. It is my first time going there. For me, the place is wonderful and you will feel comfortable going there. I even feel safe in traveling the roads. I think people here are well disciplined or maybe they know how to respect each other. For me Subic is one of the most wonderful places here in the Philippines. I really want to stay on that place a lot longer. I don’t know a lot about Subic but I found it very historic. It is the barracks that gives me that idea. I thinks those barracks are made long time ago or maybe they use it in World War 2. I think I need to research about it.

Let’s change the topic. Let me tell you what happened in our summer get together this April. We went to Zoobic Safari which is our first destination. It is very beautiful and I enjoyed our stay on that place. I was happy that I didn’t let this get together pass by. You know what? I have experienced being close to the tigers and other wild animals here on earth. It is scary but I enjoyed it. Thanks to our tour guide who gave lots of information about the animals we saw. As a matter of fact, there are lots of animals in Zoobic Safari that I saw for the first time in my life. It is a wonderful experience and I enjoyed the time I spent with those animals and in our nature. You will learn lot of things on the place not only about animals but our very own Aetas, on how they survived before up to now. I am honored and blessed that I have the chance to meet them in reality.

The fun didn’t stop in Zoobic Safari. We went in our hotel and spend the time with one another. We have a great bonding, especially the night where we have an open conversation. For me it is one way of getting to know each other well. At that time, we listen and support each other’s thoughts. On the next day, the beach is waiting for us. My conclusion about Subic is right, this place is really wonderful. Not only the nature and the beaches but also the whole place is really beautiful and peaceful for me.
